Persistent Pain

Pain can be caused by many forms. It can stem from an injury to a joint or muscle but in some cases the cause is unknown. Over the next few sessions we will explore pain look to learn how to control the severity and duration of the pain without the use of medications. To accomplish this we have to have an understand of pain and how participation of in our everyday occupations or a lack there of, can greatly impact our perception of pain.
